Whether you’re newly engaged with a long list of planning or in the home stretch before the Big Day, the 7th annual McKinney Bridal Show is the perfect place to shop for your entire wedding. From food to flowers to formal wear, local brides will be filled with inspiration as they meet with more than 40 of the area’s exclusive wedding exhibitors on Saturday, Jan. 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. At this annual event, brides will discover why McKinney is the perfect destination for a charming and unique wedding locale close to the Dallas metroplex.
The event takes place inside the historic Collin County Courthouse, home to the McKinney Performing Arts Center (MPAC) located in the heart of downtown McKinney at 111 N. Tennessee St. A fashion show by LeAnn’s Bridal featuring the latest trends in bridal and wedding party couture will be at noon.
Admission is $5. Brides who purchase tickets and attend the noon fashion show will be eligible to win a four day three night dream honeymoon to Royal Playa del Carmen provided by Lone Star Travel & Playa Resorts.
“This year’s theme is rustic elegance and brides will see many examples of how to incorporate elements like white washed wood backdrops, dried cotton, birch wood and wine barrels,” said Amy Rosenthal, Director of MPAC and McKinney Main Street. “The ability for brides to interact with our local exhibitors in a more intimate setting is invaluable to those who are just starting the planning process or for those who are looking to add to the plans they already have set in place.”
