Trash / Recycling pick-up, Electronic Waste (E-waste) and Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) services resume Monday, Feb. 22. Please follow the trash and recycling guidelines for what is acceptable and put in the proper containers. A limit of 3 overflow trash bags may be set to the side of your green trash container.
Construction and demolition debris is not allowed in either container and will not be picked up. Debris from broken water pipes or other weather-related issues should be taken to either the Custer Transfer Station or the Regional Disposal Facility and a disposal fee is charged. If a contractor is performing the clean-up work, confirm with them that they will haul the debris to a disposal location.
Bulky Item and Yard Waste pick-ups are suspended until March 1, 2021. Waste Connections will contact individuals with appointments to reschedule.
The Department of Solid Waste Services contracts with Waste Connections, Inc. to offer a comprehensive municipal solid waste collection, recycling and disposal program using a fully automated residential and commercial collection system.
