July 3 - 4, 2023
Unfortunately, the Red, White and BOOM! fireworks show has been canceled. The decision was made with the safety of our spectators in mind. The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning with potential for up to 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail.
Due to external resource availability, a rain date is not possible for this event.
The City of McKinney celebrates Independence Day at Red, White and BOOM! with free family activities, live entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks show.
