Water Exercise for 16+
Aerobics + Water = FUN!
Learn a balanced aqua workout with all the components of aerobic training. This class provides a safe atmosphere of resistance for cardio conditioning while concentrating on endurance, aerobics and flexibility using water resistance,
Participants enter the water at 6 p.m. Be sure to allow yourself time for check-in and to secure your belongings in a locker beforehand.
Our Hydrotraining class provides an exercise intensity level of 3/4.
