Fun, Fitness & Protection

Join our instructor in this officially recognized martial arts system for fitness, fun, and protection. Kids and Adults are welcome. Uniforms are not required until the first belt exam.  Ages 6yrs. & up. 

  • Beginner: 6 - 7 p.m.
  • Advanced: 7 - 8 p.m.
