Let's Get Back to the Basics

Back to the Basics is a series of monthly clinics, led by one of our certified personal trainers. We offer a different clinic every month and each clinic is a 30-minute workout with a personal trainer. These clinics are free for members and $7 for non-members, but online registration is required. 

Here's what's going on each month:

May: Plyometrics

Date/Time: May 7 from 9-9:30 a.m.

This clinic will focus on plyometric exercises like squat jumps, switch lunges, box jumps, etc.

June: Trouble 200

Date/Time: June 1 from 10-10:30 a.m.

This clinic will focus on a variety of squats, push-ups, bird dogs, glute bridges and more!

July: Interval Training

Date/Time: July 8 from 10-10:30 a.m.

Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.

August: Balance and Stability

Date/Time: August 3 from 10-10:30 a.m.

This clinic will focus on balance exercises and stability of the ankles, knees, and hip joints.
