How do I report a violation?

To report a water violation, fill out our online form at McKinneyTexas.org/ReportWater or call 972-547-7367. If you are contacting us by phone, we must have the following information to investigate the violation:

  • Exact address of the location you are reporting
  • Date of the water violation
  • Time of day the violation occurred
  • Your name and phone number so we may contact you if additional information is needed.
