Yes. Please see Ordinance No. 2020-04-031. Section 7 which states the provisions of GA-18 and any subsequent, related Executive Order of Governor Abbott pertaining to COVID-19 shall govern the conduct of individuals and businesses in the City of McKinney during the COVID-19 disaster.
